At the launching ceremony, the provincial police leadership requested that officers and soldiers throughout the force compete to effectively implement the following key contents: Competing to ensure security and order, effectively implementing the motto "Proactive Security," promptly advising the Party Committee and government on policies and solutions to protect national security, maintain political security, and ensure human security...; ensuring absolute security and safety of key targets, important projects, and important political, cultural, and social events taking place in the province; ensuring absolute safety before, during, and after the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress. Competing to reduce the number of social order crimes by at least 7% and reduce the number of temporarily suspended cases and incidents by 10% compared to the previous year; Receiving and processing 100% of crime reports, denunciations, and requests for prosecution, with a resolution rate exceeding 95%... Simultaneously, organizing well the activities commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for Protecting National Security. The special emulation movement is divided into 3 phases, starting from August 19, 2024 to August 19, 2025.
The provincial police chief and leaders of various departments and agencies presented flowers to the police force units.
Following the launch of the special emulation movement, the Director of the Provincial Police Department issued a directive to initiate a 90-day intensive campaign to attack and suppress crime, ensure security and order, and strive to complete the tasks and targets of police work in 2024.
Before the launching ceremony, delegates laid flowers and offered incense in remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh ; commemorated the people who lost their lives due to Typhoon No. 3 and the cadres and soldiers who sacrificed their lives while carrying out duties in preventing, combating, and mitigating the effects of typhoons and floods.
