Taiwan's defense ministry said that starting around 7 a.m. local time on August 25, they detected 22 Chinese military aircraft, 13 of which flew into Taiwan's "response zone," but the ministry did not provide details, according to Reuters.
By the morning of August 26, Taiwan's Defense Ministry said that in the previous 24 hours, they had detected 20 Chinese air force aircraft flying into the island's air defense identification zone, according to Reuters.
