On April 25, Emulation Cluster No. 1 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism , headed by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong, implemented emulation and reward work and launched a patriotic emulation movement with the theme "Promoting the driving role of culture, sports and tourism for the sustainable development of the country". Previously, Emulation Cluster No. 1 consisted of 9 provinces and cities, now divided into 5 provinces and cities: Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports; Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the provinces: Hai Duong, Ha Nam, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen.
Emulation cluster No. 1 unanimously agreed to continue promoting emulation movements, creating a vibrant atmosphere, determined to excellently complete the targets and tasks of work in 2024. Emulate to achieve achievements to celebrate major holidays and important political events of the province and the country. Emulate to successfully implement the assigned plan targets and tasks on developing culture, family, sports and tourism, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the provinces and cities in the cluster. Promote cooperation and association activities, exploit potentials and strengths to develop the fields of culture, family, sports and tourism between provinces and cities.
Continue to effectively implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State on emulation and rewards; President Ho Chi Minh's patriotic emulation ideology. Innovate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of direction, administration and state management in the fields of culture, family, sports and tourism. Promote and improve the overall quality of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", associated with the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Continue to implement the Cultural Development Strategy to 2030, the Project "Developing reading culture in the community for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030"...
