Party Development among Students at Quang Xuong 4 High School

Along with improving the quality of teaching and learning, in recent years, Quang Xuong 4 High School, Tien Trang Commune has always paid attention to the work of developing party members among students. Especially since the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Directive No. 05-CT/TU dated May 28, 2021 "On strengthening the work of developing party members of the Provincial Party Committee in the coming time", this task has been further promoted by the school to increase the number of young party members, ensure the inheritance and continuous development of the Party as well as create an environment and motivation for students to strive, practice and mature.

Outstanding students of Quang Xuong 4 High School were admitted to the Party in 2025.

Identifying the development of party members among students as an important task, in recent times, the Party cell and school board have always promoted propaganda work for union members, youth as well as students about the regulations and conditions for admission to the Party as students when they are 18 years old. At the same time, regularly organize practical activities such as traditional talks about the role and responsibility in building the country in general, building the party organization in particular, from which students see the role and responsibility of the party organization in leading and directing the implementation of development goals and tasks so that they can build their own awareness of self-cultivation, training, and striving to become members of the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Teacher Vu Van Thanh, Party Cell Secretary, Principal of Quang Xuong 4 High School said: “In order to achieve good results in Party admission among students, along with building plans and proactively creating resources, the school's Party Cell assigned the school's Youth Union to carry out the work of educating ideals, revolutionary ethics, and political ideology for union members and outstanding youth, thereby forming a pure motivation to strive to join the Party. Once the outstanding union members have been selected for "incubation" and introduced to participate in the Party admission training class, the Party Cell assigned Party members and Youth Union members to monitor, help, and educate. During the "incubation" process, the school also closely coordinates with families in nurturing and educating students' ideals to ensure that the students admitted to the Party are truly worthy people, thereby creating a spreading effect and arousing the desire to contribute and the desire to stand in the Party's ranks for other students."

It is known that the selection of students for Party membership is carried out strictly and seriously by the Party cell in accordance with the procedures and instructions of the superiors. All admitted students are students with correct awareness of the Party, truly exemplary, with good moral qualities, purity, good sense of discipline, and ability in studying and participating in union activities and activities of the class and the school. The consideration and admission to the Party is also carried out by the Party cell in a public, objective and transparent manner. In addition, the Party cell and the school Party cell regularly coordinate with localities to introduce the school's excellent youth resources who have been trained and tested at school and have been trained in Party awareness classes so that local Party committees can consider continuing to train and admit them to the Party in the locality where the students reside, creating conditions for them to continue to strive and grow.

With a scientific approach and many practical solutions, each year the school has from 65 to 85 excellent students who are members of the Youth Union introduced to attend the Party awareness class and from 20 to 25 students are admitted to the Party. According to statistics, from 2021 to present, the Party Cell of Quang Xuong 4 High School has organized the admission of 91 Party members who are students. This is the period when the school has had the largest number of students joining the Party's ranks ever.

According to Party Cell Secretary and Principal of Quang Xuong 4 High School, Vu Van Thanh, "The results achieved from the Party development work among students not only contribute to consolidating and building a strong Party organization, but also serve as a premise and motivation for the school's staff, teachers, and students to join hands, unanimously, and strive to compete in "good teaching, good learning" to improve the quality of school education. In recent years, the percentage of students with good grades has always reached 90% or higher every year. The results of the high school graduation exam and the provincial excellent student exam have always met and exceeded the set targets. For example, in the 2025 high school graduation exam, the school had a 100% graduation rate; the whole school had 24 students with a total score of 3 university entrance exams of 27 or higher, and 10 students achieved a perfect score of 10. Notably, in 2024, the school had 1 candidate who was the national valedictorian of block C00. Regarding the results of the student exam Provincial level excellent students, each year the school has from 30 to 35 students winning prizes, in which the results of many subjects such as Literature and History are in the top 10 of the province for many years.

The results achieved in Party development are that students at Quang Xuong 4 High School not only contribute to rejuvenating the Party members, but also spread the young generation's belief in the Party. Many "red seeds" have been discovered and "incubated" by the school, becoming exemplary Party members in studying at universities and colleges. Thereby contributing to improving the quality of human resources, building an increasingly strong Party organization, serving the cause of industrialization and modernization of the homeland and country.
