Ahead of the opening of the first Tien Phong Half Marathon - 2025, behind-the-scenes preparations are being intensified, with the BIB and racekit distribution area considered one of the crucial "links" that directly affect the experience of thousands of participating athletes.

According to reports, more than 30 personnel have been mobilized and received specialized training to operate the two BIB and racekit distribution areas. Training sessions focused on the athlete reception process, registration information verification, data reconciliation, and handling of situations that may arise during peak hours.

Sharing about the preparation process, Ms. Nguyen Huynh Thanh Phuong - leader of the BIB/Racekit regional team - said that the staff was clearly assigned to each stage to ensure absolute accuracy.

“For the BIB team, the most important task is to ensure that each athlete receives the correct BIB number and the correct distance they registered for, avoiding any confusion, even in the smallest details. Meanwhile, the racekit team is responsible for controlling and distributing all accompanying items correctly, according to each athlete's race distance.”

Beyond simply distributing items, the team at the BIB/Racekit area is also trained in communication, support, and guidance skills, aiming to create a professional and friendly atmosphere from the very first point of contact between the race and participants.

According to Ms. Thanh Phuong, the workload during peak periods is enormous, but thorough training helps team members coordinate smoothly, minimizing errors and stress.

"We identified the BIB/Racekit area as where athletes begin to feel the atmosphere of the race. Therefore, every operation must be quick, accurate, and clear, so that athletes feel secure and ready to enter the competition day."

With thorough preparation in terms of personnel, procedures, and service spirit, the BIB/Racekit area promises to operate smoothly, making a significant contribution to the overall success of the Tien Phong Half Marathon, one of the leading and most prestigious running events in Vietnam.
