Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh holds the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Committee on Digital Transformation.

Accordingly, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has been appointed as the Standing Vice Chairman of the National Committee on Digital Transformation, replacing former Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, who has been assigned to the position of Head of the Central Economic Committee.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh holds the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Committee on Digital Transformation.

The Prime Minister also decided to appoint Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh as a member of the National Committee on Digital Transformation.

The decision takes effect from the date of signing.

The National Committee on Digital Transformation is responsible for researching and proposing to the Government and the Prime Minister, and assisting the Government and the Prime Minister in directing and coordinating the implementation of policies, strategies, mechanisms, and legal frameworks to promote the national digital transformation process, closely linked with administrative reform; building and developing e-government, digital government, digital economy, digital society, and smart cities; and facilitating the implementation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Vietnam.
