Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot Ward (new) Nguyen Thanh Vu said: Witnessing the historic moment of transition to the new local governance model, he was extremely excited, happy, confident and expected that the country, province and ward would have strong changes thanks to this reform.
However, that joy also comes with the concern of heavy responsibility: “Besides the excitement, there is also worry, because the responsibility before the Party and the people is too great. I myself need to learn more, while time does not allow any delay,” Mr. Vu shared.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot Ward (new) also emphasized that the immediate top priority of the ward leaders is to perfect the structure, organization, and clear division of work and responsibilities. The goal is to ensure smooth, uninterrupted work, especially in areas directly related to people's lives; to ensure that all services and administrative processes operate smoothly, without making people wait or encounter any obstacles...
To realize the expectations and solve the challenges, Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot Ward (new) Nguyen Thanh Vu proposed specific solutions: "We will focus on clear orientation in each field to build a specific direction of operation and goals. All aim at a fast, strong, stable and sustainable development for Buon Ma Thuot Ward".

Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam, in his new role as an expert of the Office of the Party Committee of Buon Ma Thuot Ward, shared: “Witnessing today's historic event, I myself as well as all the cadres in the area of Buon Ma Thuot City before and now Buon Ma Thuot Ward are very happy, excited, and support this policy of our Party and State. When the two-level government comes into operation, it will be closer and closer to the people, especially so that all the policies and guidelines of the Party reach the people to serve the people to the fullest - to be the "servant of the people" as Uncle Ho once instructed. In the beginning, when approaching the new job, of course, there will be certain difficulties, but they are not significant, we can completely rearrange them. I myself have a lot of experience in working with the Youth Union, I have gone through many jobs, so I am very ready to approach the new tasks assigned by the leaders at all levels...".
As for Mr. Pham Ngoc Loi, 72 years old, one of the people who took over Buon Ma Thuot town in 1975 and now a resident of Buon Ma Thuot ward (new), witnessing the changes of the country and the province, he is very happy and excited. “In today's announcement event, there are cadres and people from Phu Yen province attending, meeting each other like brothers, because this feeling has existed since the previous war years. The unification of the two provinces of Dak Lak - Phu Yen will further strengthen the solidarity and close bond to build Dak Lak province to develop more and more…”, Mr. Loi said.
The ceremony to announce resolutions and decisions on merging administrative units and appointing provincial and communal level personnel is not only an important administrative event and milestone, but also the beginning of a promising new chapter for Dak Lak province in general, including Buon Ma Thuot ward. The sense of responsibility, the consensus of all cadres and people, along with the acceptance of changes and proactive integration into the transformation process, with a common determination: Building a locality that develops quickly, strongly, stably and sustainably.
