Over the past 5 years, the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units in the 34th Corps have thoroughly grasped and implemented the Cultural Institution System Planning in many forms and comprehensive, synchronous measures. Promoting the role of all organizations and forces in the unit, creating positive changes, contributing to gradually ensuring full cultural institutions, organizing effective activities, and improving the spiritual life of officers and soldiers in the Corps.
The Corps has deployed the construction of a system of cultural houses, traditional houses, traditional rooms, Ho Chi Minh rooms, and common rooms, which are being carried out in accordance with the basic unit construction roadmap. From 2022 to present, the Corps has built 1 cultural house and 5 Ho Chi Minh rooms.

Direct agencies and units to regularly consolidate and improve the system of traditional houses, Ho Chi Minh rooms, reading rooms, and common rooms to meet the operational needs of officers and soldiers. Up to now, the cultural houses of the Corps and the basic divisions have been equipped with LED screens, sound and lighting systems to meet the requirements of the mission.
Libraries, cultural houses, museums, and reading rooms throughout the Corps have actively applied information technology to their operations. They have successfully organized competitions, art performances, cultural seminars, photo exhibitions, and introduced books and documents to serve political and ideologicaleducation , and improve the cultural and spiritual life of officers and soldiers.
Museums, traditional houses, and traditional rooms have proactively organized mobile exhibitions and displays; done a good job of welcoming and serving cadres, soldiers, and people who come to visit, study, and research. Thereby contributing to propagating and educating the revolutionary traditions of the nation, the traditions of the unit, and fostering revolutionary ethics for cadres, soldiers, and people in the area.

In addition to appreciating the results and advantages over 5 years of implementing the Cultural Institution System Planning, the conference analyzed and clarified shortcomings, inadequacies, causes, and lessons learned; at the same time, identified directions, tasks, and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the planning implementation for the 2026-2030 period.
Concluding the conference, Major General Nguyen Tran Long requested that in the coming time, Party committees, commanders, and political agencies at all levels continue to pay attention to leading, directing, and comprehensively, synchronously, and effectively implementing the Cultural Institution System Planning. Pay attention to investing in facilities, training core members, and innovating forms of operation, aiming to improve the cultural and spiritual life of soldiers, and build the culture of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period.
At the conference, Corps 34 awarded certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 5 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Cultural Institution System Planning.
