A series of solutions to remove obstacles for businesses.
On September 10th, according to the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, Mr. Tran Nam Hung, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the province and Head of the Steering Committee for combating budget revenue losses and urging the recovery of outstanding tax debts, issued a conclusion following a meeting with real estate businesses in the province.
The meeting aimed to acknowledge the results of businesses' fulfillment of their obligations to the state and to discuss current difficulties as well as solutions to support and overcome challenges in the real estate sector.

During the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the significant contributions of the business community to the state budget in recent years. At the same time, the province also shared the difficulties that businesses, especially in the real estate sector, are facing.
Mr. Hung outlined specific requirements to ensure the fulfillment of financial responsibilities and related procedures. Real estate businesses must fully and promptly fulfill their financial obligations to the state. The Provincial Tax Department will monitor, support, and urge businesses to fulfill their financial obligations.
The Department of Planning and Investment, along with relevant departments and agencies, will review legal regulations to guide businesses in carrying out project adjustment procedures in accordance with regulations.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment will study and propose solutions related to the issuance of land use right certificates by plot to address current difficulties.
The People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities need to focus on directing compensation and land clearance work, and report periodically on the results of implementation. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment will monitor and guide localities in the implementation of specific projects.
The Department of Construction, in coordination with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, will provide support and guidance in adjusting the planning in accordance with legal regulations.
Mr. Hung also instructed the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to continue urging land valuation consulting units and coordinating with relevant units and localities in resolving obstacles and collecting data to accelerate the progress of determining land prices for projects. The Department is to research and develop a detailed plan for implementing land valuation, with a specific timeline for each project; and report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Land Valuation Council for consideration and decision.
Businesses proactively work with government agencies.
Notably, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that businesses fully comply with their financial obligations to the state in accordance with regulations; and submit written commitments to the Provincial Tax Department for monitoring and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
Many real estate projects in Quang Nam are facing numerous difficulties.
At the same time, businesses work directly with local leaders to develop a detailed plan on the progress of compensation and land clearance work, along with fulfilling financial obligations to the locality, in order to ensure that the project's compensation and land clearance work is carried out effectively and on schedule.
Investors also need to proactively coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and localities during the project implementation process to ensure compliance with regulations, timelines, and project schedules.
Departments, agencies, and People's Committees at all levels need to actively coordinate to support businesses in implementing projects. The Provincial Tax Department will continue to implement strict tax management solutions and enforce tax debt collection measures as prescribed.
