The 766 Index Assessment Team is headed by Mr. Nguyen Nhu Cong - Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office. The Deputy Heads include: Mr. Nguyen Duc Binh - Director of the Department of Information and Communications, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Mr. Truong Hong Giang - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Ms. Le Thuy Trinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The members are representatives of a number of departments, branches and sectors.

The 766 Index Assessment Team works directly with agencies, units, and localities or through meetings to inspect, evaluate, and guide the implementation of solutions to improve scores of component index groups in Decision No. 766 dated June 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister in the province.

At the same time, synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee the results of inspection and assessment, propose solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, and handle responsibilities in the process of implementing component index groups in Index Set 766.

According to Decision No. 766 dated June 23, 2022 of the Prime Minister, the set of indexes serving people and businesses in performing administrative procedures and providing public services includes 5 component indexes: Publicity and transparency; Progress and results of handling administrative procedures; Results of digitalizing records; Providing online services; Satisfaction level.
