Accordingly, support for periodic health examinations, checks, consultations at home and provision of medicine for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces with a frequency of 2 times/year; the support level does not exceed 5 million VND/person/time.

Support for home convalescence for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces once per person per year; support level of 6 million VND per person.

Support for visiting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and People's Armed Forces Heroes in case of long-term inpatient treatment (3 days or more) at the hospital, no more than 2 times/person/year; support level 3 million VND/person/time.

The policy to support periodic health examinations, checks, consultations at home and medication provision for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces and the policy to support visits when sick and receiving long-term inpatient treatment (from 3 days or more) at the hospital (provincial level) for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, shall be implemented from the effective date of the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council (January 1, 2025).

Quang Ngai province currently has over 33,000 meritorious people living in the area who are receiving monthly allowances; including 125 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and 5 Heroes of the People's Armed Forces (as of June 20, 2024).

Over the years, Party committees and authorities at all levels have always paid attention to directing and organizing the implementation of health care as well as preferential policies and regimes according to regulations for people with revolutionary contributions in general and Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces in particular.

In addition to the Central policy, Quang Ngai province only has a policy of comprehensive health examination and check-up once a year for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces.

Understanding the disease status to diagnose and provide optimal treatment regimens is sometimes not complete and timely. At the same time, the province does not have a policy to support home convalescence for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, as well as a policy to visit sick people when they are inpatients in the hospital.

Meanwhile, currently, the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces in the province are very old, in very poor health, have difficulty moving, are often hospitalized and have to pay for serious illnesses... Therefore, special health care is needed so that the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces can live happily and healthily for the rest of their lives.

This Resolution is issued to demonstrate the responsibility, respect, gratitude and appreciation of the Party, State and People in caring for the material and spiritual life of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces. At the same time, to further improve and enhance the quality and effectiveness of health care for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces.
