SHB will collaborate with the university to organize career guidance programs, internships, and recruitment, as well as expand practical training activities, accompanying students on their journey to establishing themselves and their careers.
Recently, Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) Nghe An Branch and Vinh University of Technology and Education officially signed a cooperation agreement, opening up many opportunities for comprehensive development for students and lecturers and contributing to improving the quality of human resources in the era of digital transformation and international integration.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Dinh Ngoc Dung – Director of SHB's Corporate Banking Division; Mr. Tran Thanh Binh - Director of SHB Nghe An Branch; Dr. Thai Huu Nguyen - Vice Rector of Vinh University of Technology and Education; along with other guests, lecturers, and students of the university.
With over 32 years of sustainable development, SHB is currently among the top 5 largest private commercial banks in Vietnam. This cooperation agreement marks an important step in SHB's strategy for developing high-quality human resources, while also demonstrating its commitment to supporting education – one of the pillars of sustainable development that the bank always strives for.
According to the signed agreement, SHB will cooperate with Vinh University of Technology and Education to implement many practical programs such as: organizing career guidance activities, internships, and recruitment; accompanying students in practical training and professional skills development.
Furthermore, SHB and Vinh University of Technology and Education will exchange cooperation on scientific research and the application of technology to practical work, creating opportunities for lecturers from the University to visit SHB to learn from experience, exchange knowledge, access new technologies, and improve their professional skills for teaching. In addition, SHB will support the dissemination of financial literacy and provide preferential financial solutions specifically for staff, lecturers, and students of the University.

Today's signing not only provides students with more opportunities to gain practical experience, but also promotes the connection between the university and businesses, thereby improving the quality of training and better meeting the needs of the labor market in the digital age.”
Over the years, SHB has strengthened cooperation with many universities and colleges nationwide, such as: Vietnam National University, Hanoi; Hue University; Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City; Thai Binh University; University of Commerce; Banking Academy; and Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking… to contribute to promoting financial education, nurturing the younger generation, and improving the quality of education. At the same time, the bank has also implemented many programs to support school construction and provide equipment to help students have better learning conditions.
