The job fair with the theme "Companionship of Enterprises - Steadfast Steps of Students" aims to strengthen the connection between students and enterprises, helping students access information about job opportunities and application methods of enterprises in Bac Ninh province.
The event is a key activity within the framework of the Project "Narrowing the gap in knowledge and vocational skills for Vietnamese students" in 2025, sponsored by the Caterpillar Foundation.
Connected with businesses, students will have the opportunity to understand the needs of the labor market.
The event attracted 200 excellent vocational students from Bac Ninh Industrial College and 15 leading enterprises in Bac Ninh province.
The fair creates a live forum for students to learn about business processes, recruitment methods and job opportunities, while also acquiring the professional skills needed in today's labor market.
At the fair, businesses introduced their organizations, provided detailed information about their industries, recruitment needs and recruitment processes. Students participated in direct discussions at the consulting desks of the companies, thereby getting a clearer picture of the labor market and the specific requirements of each position.
Mr. Richard Bernhard, Chief Representative of Kenan Foundation Asia in Vietnam, shared: " We are proud to be a strategic bridge between schools and businesses. 'Career Fair' creates opportunities for students to find quality jobs, while meeting the growing needs of high-tech industries in Vietnam.
