The Department of Education and Training leader said that this assignment is based on criteria of excellent fields, suitable environment, and general balance of human resources in the industry. Immediately after the Department of Education and Training issues the recruitment decision, the two above schools will carry out the teaching assignment.
Talking to reporters about the policy of treating civil servants from the source of excellent graduates and young scientists working at public service units under the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Tong Phuoc Loc, Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, informed that civil servants recruited from the source of excellent graduates and young scientists working at 2 specialized high schools of Ho Chi Minh City will enjoy appropriate treatment policies according to Decree No. 140/2017/ND-CP and preferential allowance policies for teachers working at specialized schools, and enjoy the city's additional income policy.
Specifically, regarding the preferential treatment policy as prescribed in Decree No. 140/2017/ND-CP, these students are entitled to 100% of their salary during their probationary period; Receive an additional allowance equal to 100% of their salary according to the current salary coefficient for a period of 5 years (the additional allowance is not used to calculate the contribution to compulsory social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance); Receive salary allowances as prescribed by current law (preferential allowances); Receive priority in training and fostering basic knowledge of political theory, state management and specialized knowledge of education; Receive priority in performing scientific and technological research tasks, programs, projects, and projects from school level and above.
At the same time, 2 excellent graduates who have passed the entrance exam will also enjoy preferential allowance policies such as 70% of the salary according to the current rank and grade for teachers working at specialized high schools and the city's additional income support policy...
