On the morning of November 22nd, the Department of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the Industry Trade Union and the Trade Union of the Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province, organized a conference to disseminate and educate on legal matters in 2023 and implement solutions to improve the DDCI index of the industry and trade sector in the coming years. Attending the conference were representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and leaders from several departments, agencies, units, and businesses.

The delegates listened to speakers conveying the basic contents of the Law on Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots Level 2022, public service ethics, codes of conduct in agencies and units; Decree No. 107/2020/ND-CP dated September 14, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 24/2014/ND-CP dated April 4, 2014, of the Government regulating the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities, and related practical issues. This is important knowledge that impacts the awareness and compliance with the law of officials, civil servants, and employees, improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of state management, while preventing and limiting legal violations, maintaining political security, and social order and safety in the locality and unit.

The conference will contribute to enhancing the role, responsibility, initiative, discipline, order, work style, and service attitude of departments, units, and officials in the industry and trade sector, improving the competitiveness of departments and sectors, and meeting the requirements and tasks of socio-economic development of the province.
