Over the past three years, guided by the principle of "focusing on the grassroots," the content, form, and methods of legal education and dissemination have been continuously innovated through various impactful models such as: "Legal Support and Advisory Team for Military Personnel," "Learning One Law a Day," Youth Forums, discussions, and exchanges; movements such as "Say No to Violations of Law, Discipline, and Social Evils"; the "Legal Bookcase" model; "Reading One Law a Day, Memorizing One Law a Week"; and organizing a quarterly legal knowledge contest in a theatrical format.
Integrated with movements, programs, and models such as: the "All citizens participate in protecting national territorial sovereignty and border security in the new situation" movement; "The army joins forces in building new rural areas"; "Effective mass mobilization" to build "Good mass mobilization units"... these are regularly maintained and bring practical results.
These models and approaches have contributed to affirming the diversity and richness of forms and methods in the work of disseminating and educating the public about the law and mobilizing people to comply with the law at the grassroots level, helping to make this work a regular activity of all levels, sectors, forces, and local people.
