Construction began in December 2024, on a plot of land approximately 104,994 m² in size. The construction site is located at Thanh Yen Street, Quang Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province (now Quang Phu Ward, Thanh Hoa Province). Phase 1 of the project includes the following items:
Commercial Center 01 has a construction area of approximately 23,226.0m², with 5 floors (excluding the stairwell penthouse) and 1 basement floor, along with auxiliary facilities and technical infrastructure.
The inspection team, led by the Construction Quality Management Department in coordination with relevant units, participated in the inspection.
At the time of inspection, the project had completed the piling and underground work, the reinforced concrete work for the first, second, and third floors, and was currently constructing the main structure of the fourth and fifth floors, the masonry work in the basement and first floor, and installing the main power supply line in the basement, the basement fire alarm system, the lighting system, and the basement ventilation system.
The inspection team acknowledged the positive efforts of the investor and construction units in carrying out construction work and ensuring occupational safety and health (OSH) in accordance with the law on investment and construction; the units have developed a comprehensive safety plan; detailed safety measures for high-risk occupational safety activities have been identified in the comprehensive safety plan; an emergency response plan for occupational safety and health has been developed; and an occupational safety department has been established at the construction site. The inspection team requested the investor and relevant contractors to continue constructing the remaining parts of the project, ensuring compliance with technical standards and approved design documents; with a focus on fully complying with regulations on labor safety in construction and implementing measures to ensure safety, environmental hygiene, and fire and explosion prevention for personnel, related equipment, and project components in the construction area.
