Overview of the Conference
The conference aims to comprehensively evaluate the results of driver training management in 2025, and at the same time propose key tasks and solutions to continue improving the quality of driver training in 2026. At the beginning of the conference, the Department's leaders emphasized the need to continue improving the quality of driver training, ensuring compliance with the requirements of state management innovation and the goal of reducing traffic accidents.

At the Conference, the leaders of the Department of Vehicle and Driver Management presented a Summary Report on driver training management in 2025 and directions and tasks for 2026. The report summarized that in 2025, the whole province has 09 driver training facilities, of which 07 facilities train both cars and motorcycles; 01 facility only trains cars and 01 facility only trains motorcycles, an increase of 01 facility compared to 2024. Emphasizing that the Department of Construction (formerly the Department of Transport) continues to accompany the facilities in driver training, when the new regulations come into effect, the task of state management of testing and granting driver's licenses will be handed over to the Provincial Police in February 2025. The Department of Construction has researched and implemented legal regulations and documents of the Ministry of Construction , the Provincial People's Committee, the Vietnam Road Administration and strengthened management, direction, guidance, inspection, and supervision of implementation, recommended competent authorities to resolve difficulties and obstacles, and promptly resolved administrative procedures serving driver training activities; as a result, driver training has had positive changes, gradually improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management and the quality of training. driving in the province. The application of technology in driver training management has also been promoted, with many initiatives such as proposing and coordinating with the Center for Information Technology and Communications - Department of Science and Technology to create accounts on the province's Centralized Login system for driver training facilities under state management to innovate the process of processing documents, work records, and handling administrative procedures, switching from a paper-based working environment to an electronic working environment; urging and directing driver training facilities to create and establish an electronic information page to fully publicize admission regulations, tuition fees and training management content according to regulations; deploying online and remote inspection and supervision forms through software applications, electronic data systems, and conducting surprise inspections when there are signs of violations.

Representatives of training institutions also had discussions focusing on analyzing and clarifying the difficulties, causes of existing problems and limitations in implementing organizational forms, training programs, current material conditions, teaching methods, and the application of technology in driver training management ; at the same time, proposing solutions to improve training quality to meet practical requirements.

The conference agreed on the following key tasks for 2026: (1) For driving training facilities: Continue to improve the internal rules and regulations of the unit to create a disciplined, professional, dynamic, creative working environment and style, operate the organization effectively, maintain and promote the achieved results, and not let the shortcomings and limitations mentioned above recur; maintain and strengthen facilities and equipment serving training activities; strictly organize theoretical training; apply technology, closely manage and monitor study time, and complete the program to improve knowledge, awareness of law compliance and driving skills ; innovate and develop training methods and forms; research and prepare conditions according to regulations, register to implement distance learning programs, self-study with guidance; publicize and transparently disclose information in driver training management ; Raise awareness, responsibility, professional ethics towards society, towards the common goal, standardize training quality at driving training facilities in the province. (2) For the professional management department: Continue to research and implement legal regulations, strengthen direction, guidance, organization, management, inspection, supervision of the implementation of training facilities, strictly handle violations (if any) in driving training activities; recommend and propose solutions to innovate and improve the quality of driving training in the province .
In his concluding remarks, the Department's leaders acknowledged the efforts of the professional departments and units in the past time and requested that training facilities continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility of "self-reflection, self-correction", seriously acknowledge and overcome limitations, maintain discipline, solidarity, unity, for the common goal, contributing to improving the quality of driver training in the province.
