Exciting activities to celebrate 100 years of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day

As part of the series of activities, the Provincial Journalists Association organized the 2025 Binh Duong Journalists Singing Festival. The festival attracted a large number of reporters, editors, and technicians to participate. Among them, the duet "A Round of Vietnam" by reporters Ngoc Nhu and Huu Nghia (Binh Duong Newspaper) received many warm applauses from the audience.

“I joined the festival with all my excitement and pride. This is not only a performing arts playground, but also a place for journalists to express their love for their profession, love for life and bond together like a big family. This is a meaningful performing arts playground; an opportunity for journalists to connect, share, and add positive energy to their daily work. The song that my colleagues and I performed is like a message of love to our homeland, our country, where each of us reporters is contributing to reflecting and spreading good things through each page of the newspaper and news bulletin,” reporter Ngoc Nhu shared.

The series of activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary is not only an occasion to pay tribute to the contributions of generations of journalists, but also an opportunity for the whole society to recognize the noble mission of revolutionary journalism in the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland. Through practical activities, Binh Duong province shows its concern for the press; at the same time, it continues to strengthen trust, foster a spirit of love for the profession, social responsibility and political courage for today's journalists.

As planned, the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day in Binh Duong will take place on June 18, 2025, with the participation of about 600 delegates. On this occasion, the Organizing Committee will present the Nguyen Van Tiet Journalism Award 2025 and honor outstanding journalists with many outstanding contributions. In addition, a series of propaganda activities, publications, exhibitions, documentaries, etc. will also be widely deployed.
