Exciting Final Round of the Festival of Typical Cultural Models of the Capital 2025

(CLO) On the morning of December 6, the final round of the "Typical Cultural Village and Residential Group" Festival of Hanoi City in 2025 took place at the Hanoi City Cultural Center and Library.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Pham Xuan Tai - Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports , Head of the Organizing Committee said that previously, the Preliminary round of the Festival was held from November 5 to November 8, 2025 with the participation of 123 typical cultural villages and residential groups representing 126 communes and wards in Hanoi.

The preliminary round of the Festival recorded impressive numbers: The total number of extras participating on the preliminary stage of the Festival was 3,604 people, of which the youngest actor was 3 years old, the oldest actor was 78 years old. The preliminary round also recorded the diversity and richness in the form of performance, conveying the content and propaganda messages of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in general and the movement to build "Cultural villages and residential groups" in particular.

“ The programs participating in the Preliminary Round of the Festival have really contributed to promoting and introducing good models, creative and effective ways in building cultural villages and residential groups , thereby replicating them in the City; building the image of elegant and civilized Hanoians, associated with the implementation of patriotic emulation movements , major campaigns of the Central and the City, affirming the important role of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life " in the cause of cultural and social development of the Capital " - the Head of the Organizing Committee emphasized.

At the Festival Final Round, each village and residential group will participate in 3 competitions. The Jury will evaluate the results on a 10-point scale to select and honor according to the following award system: 02 First Prizes (01 village, 01 residential group); 04 Second Prizes (02 villages, 02 residential groups); 06 Third Prizes (03 villages, 03 residential groups); 08 Encouragement Prizes.

In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 05 subsidiary prizes, including: Prize for the unit with the most impressive stage competition program; Prize for the unit that built a creative achievement report; Prize for the youngest member participating in the Festival; Prize for the oldest member participating in the Festival; Prize for the unit with the largest number of participating members.

According to the Organizing Committee, the event will continue until December 6 to select and reward 10 communes and wards with achievements in organizing and implementing the grassroots Festival and participating in the City-level Festival.
