Coming to use the service at Hanoi Dental Center (Van Xuan Ward), right after completing the medical examination and treatment procedures, Ms. Man Thi Thuyen received an electronic invoice generated from the cash register. The invoice fully and in detail shows the service items, costs and tax code of the provider.

Ms. Thuyen shared: I have used services in a few places but have not received a full invoice. Here, after the examination, I was given a clear and transparent invoice, I feel secure because I know exactly how much I have to pay for the service.

Not only are people satisfied, but service providers also see the benefits. Ms. Bui Thi Thao, Hanoi Dental Center, said: Applying electronic invoices generated from cash registers helps the unit control input and output invoices and manage finances more transparently and accurately. For patients, invoices show details of each service cost, creating peace of mind and trust when using.

Ms. Duong Thi Tiep, representative of Quyet Tien Petroleum Company Limited (Van Xuan Ward), said: Since applying electronic invoices generated from cash registers, accounting and declaration have become more accurate, convenient for both accountants and leaders in monitoring and reporting, while meeting the requirements of management agencies. Compared to before, businesses save time, costs and minimize errors.

In fact, to bring the policy into life, the Tax Department pays special attention to propaganda and implementation. Mr. Nguyen Van Sy, Deputy Head of the Tax Department 2 of Thai Nguyen province, said: With 8 communes and wards managed by the unit, groups of business households and enterprises subject to compulsory have been fully propagated and instructed on the benefits of electronic invoices generated from cash registers.

Initially, many households were still hesitant, but after being explained, they all supported and complied. The unit was assigned a target of 447 households, but so far, 754 business households have registered and used the model. This number far exceeded the plan, showing the effectiveness of the mobilization work as well as the consensus of the people and businesses. The successful implementation of the model not only helps the Tax sector manage more effectively but also strengthens social trust in a transparent and fair business environment.

The application of electronic invoices generated from cash registers is creating fundamental changes in the management and operation of many agencies and businesses.
The application of electronic invoices generated from cash registers is creating fundamental changes in the management and operation of many agencies and businesses.

Previously, the use of traditional paper invoices or electronic invoices had many limitations such as printing and storage costs, easy to make mistakes and time-consuming in management, and difficulty in ensuring absolute transparency. Currently, electronic invoices generated from cash registers have completely overcome these shortcomings. Data is directly connected to the Tax authority, all transactions are stored and controlled in real time, both limiting fraud and ensuring the legitimate rights of consumers.

It can be affirmed that electronic invoices generated from cash registers are not only a management tool, but also a testament to the determination to reform and modernize the Tax sector. This policy is creating an important step in building a transparent, fair, and sustainable business environment, while ensuring the rights of people and businesses.

In the coming time, the Tax Department 2 in particular and the Tax sector of Thai Nguyen province in general will continue to expand the scope of application, support technology infrastructure, and organize training for business households for more convenient implementation. With the consensus of society and the determination of the management agency, electronic invoices generated from cash registers will become an important foundation, contributing to bringing Thai Nguyen further in the national digital transformation roadmap.
