Responding to this incident, a representative of Bamboo Capital Group, the parent company of BCG Land, said that the images being circulated were recorded on the afternoon of August 17. At this time, some customers of the King Crown Infinity project came to work with the Investor Gia Khang and General Agent Helios at the office 25 Xuan Thuy. This was a meeting that Gia Khang and Helios had scheduled with customers.

At the meeting, some customers were not calm and thought that the King Crown Infinity project did not have the legal basis to sign a sales contract. Seeing the risk of insecurity, Helios proactively invited the Thao Dien Ward Police to record the situation and assist in ensuring security and order.

" The authorities were present at the office at 25 Xuan Thuy simply to ensure security and order according to regulations. During the meeting on August 17, the Investor Gia Khang and the General Agent Helios stabilized the situation, had a dialogue and answered customers' questions in a reasonable manner," affirmed a representative of Bamboo Capital.

The representative of this Group also said that the King Crown Infinity project (located at 218 Vo Van Ngan, Binh Tho Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) is invested by Gia Khang Investment Trading Service Joint Stock Company, BCG Land is the project developer. This project has so far completed all legal procedures according to the law to be eligible to sign a sales contract with customers according to the model contract approved by the competent authority. Gia Khang investor is still actively constructing the project to meet the committed delivery schedule.
