Ninh Binh youth join hands to build the future

During the past term, the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the province had new developments, achieving many outstanding results. The "Youth Volunteer" movement continued to spread strongly with 10,881 projects and youth works, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development of the province; demonstrating a pioneering role in digital transformation, supporting people to install VNeID, operating two-level local government; participating in overcoming the consequences of storms and floods and effectively accompanying key national projects and works...

The program to accompany young people in starting and establishing businesses is one of the highlights of the term: 184 conferences and training courses on science and technology, startups and digital transformation were organized; 13 youth startup projects successfully raised capital with a total value of 25 billion VND; more than 500,000 students received career counseling, and over 16,000 youth union members were introduced to jobs in industrial parks. The work of building a strong Youth Union organization, expanding the front to gather and unite young people has had positive results with 78 newly established Youth Union branches and associations in non-state enterprises.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Nguyen Minh Triet, Standing Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Student Association, requested the Ninh Binh Provincial Youth Union to closely follow and concretize the spirit and new policies of the 13th National Youth Union Congress; strongly innovate propaganda and education work in a multi-dimensional direction, increase interaction with young people and promote digital transformation; focus on effectively implementing the inspection and evaluation of online learning effectiveness, developing a digital media network, proactively grasping and orienting public opinion. Each Youth Union official must set an example, be enthusiastic and attached to young people.

He emphasized that the province needs to strongly and effectively deploy the "Vietnam Youth Pioneer Movement in the New Era" so that Ninh Binh youth can become a leading force in all five pioneering fields: science and technology and digital transformation; legitimate enrichment; international integration; volunteering for the community; participating in national defense; concretizing the "Program for Comprehensive Development of Vietnamese Youth", building a generation of Ninh Binh youth with ideals, knowledge, health and cultural identity, and the capacity to compete internationally.

Regarding breakthroughs, Ninh Binh needs to innovate the Youth Union's operating methods, thoroughly handle the "inverted cone" situation, strengthen grassroots Youth Union organizations, innovate activities, especially in non-state enterprises; flexibly develop clubs and teams and perform well the tasks of protecting, caring for and educating teenagers and children; digital capacity, AI and science and technology need to become the main direction, training high-quality young human resources, and at the same time supporting innovative startups through playgrounds. In addition, it is necessary to build a team of cadres according to the criteria of "3 Near - 5 Must - 4 No"; deploy tasks according to the motto "3 Easy - 3 Clear - 3 Measure" and periodically publicize results, in order to create a disciplined, effective and practical working environment.

In particular, the Provincial Youth Union and young people play an important role, need to innovate working methods, improve the quality of the movement and promote intelligence and creativity to make the work of the Union and the youth and children movement increasingly develop and become stronger.

At the Congress, the 1st Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ninh Binh province, term 2025-2030, introduced a new Executive Committee of 41 comrades; Comrade Tran Ngoc Nam continued to hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; The delegation of Ninh Binh province attending the 13th National Youth Union Congress included 17 official delegates and 5 alternate delegates.
