The two ministers agreed to strengthen exchange programs; facilitate the exchange of market information between businesses and investors of the two countries; promote trade and investment; and cooperate in agriculture , science, telecommunications, and electronic products. They also agreed to actively coordinate to soon sign a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs, a visa exemption agreement for holders of diplomatic and official passports, and many other documents, creating a favorable legal framework for bilateral cooperation.
