On October 25th, at the signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation agreement in the fields of scientific research, training, and technology transfer, Mr. Tran Quoc Tam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lien Thanh Vietnam Electromechanical Joint Stock Company (Lithaco), emphasized that the current and future energy revolution will see a significant dominance of wind and solar power.
"Young people are the high-quality human resources that will contribute to helping the nation achieve the Net Zero goal by 2050," Mr. Tam commented.

Mr. Tran Quoc Tam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lithaco, introduced a modern energy storage battery solution.

Leaders and lecturers from Cao Thang Technical College visited and learned about various types of energy batteries.
Having worked closely with and recruited personnel from Cao Thang Technical College for a long time, Mr. Tam highly praised the students of this college for their professional work ethic.
"Many of them have worked at our company for many years and are highly rated, even surpassing students from some universities. Even when assigned tasks outside their technical expertise, they still perform excellently, demonstrating a high level of practical skills," Mr. Tam observed.
According to the cooperation plan, the two sides agreed to implement five key programs in the 2025-2030 period. First, vocational training and human resource development will be maintained throughout with a minimum of two training courses per year on solar power, BESS systems, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Dr. Le Dinh Kha, Principal of Cao Thang Technical College, said that the school is a vocational education institution with a history of over 119 years, playing an important role in training high-quality technical human resources to serve the development of Ho Chi Minh City and the Southern region.
The school is currently offering training in 18 college-level programs in key sectors, meeting the requirements of industrial development and the trend of digital transformation.

The university is honored to participate in the strategic cooperation project "Bach Khoa - Cao Thang - Lithaco", connecting three important pillars of Vietnam's energy ecosystem.
In this context, the University of Technology - VNU-HCM represents knowledge and scientific and technical research; Cao Thang Technical College represents a highly skilled workforce; and Lithaco represents a business that excels in practical application.
"The school highly appreciates this model, which helps lecturers and students access modern technology and practical systems while still in school, enabling students to work immediately after graduation. In addition, the school can retrain and provide advanced training for technicians in renewable energy businesses to adapt to career developments and new technologies," emphasized Dr. Le Dinh Kha.
