Training on the use of the Information System for resolving administrative procedures for local administrative procedures under the centralized model.

This morning, December 11th, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MST) held a training conference on the use of the Information System for Handling Administrative Procedures for local officials and civil servants directly involved in processing administrative procedures in the fields of the MST. The conference was held online at the main location of the Telecommunications Department building – MST and at locations in 34 provinces/cities.

The Department of Science and Technology of Lai Chau province participated in a training conference on the use of the Information System for resolving administrative procedures for local officials and civil servants directly involved in handling administrative procedures in the field of the Ministry of Science and Technology through online means. Mr. Tran Van Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology, attended and chaired the conference.

The conference agenda includes:

• This guide for officials and civil servants involved in handling administrative procedures includes an overview of the Administrative Procedure Resolution System model; and training provincial officials to understand and use the system proficiently, depending on their roles such as one-stop service officers, file processing officers, and unit leaders.
• Instructions for administrative and technical support staff; guidance on using specialized professional software.

The conference is scheduled to last two days.
