In 2025, in the context of implementing a two-level local government, the Standing Committee of the Khoen On Commune Party Committee has promoted the spirit of solidarity, unity, proactiveness, creativity, and high concentration in leading and directing Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units in the entire Party Committee to comprehensively deploy political tasks and basically complete the goals, targets, and tasks of 2025. Party building work continues to have many innovations, being comprehensively deployed in all aspects: Political and ideological work, organization - cadres, inspection - supervision, mass mobilization, and Party building in State agencies. The quality of Party cell activities has been improved; Party member development work has exceeded the set targets; the implementation of policies, conclusions, and regulations of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee has been ensured seriously and on schedule. The work of reorganizing the apparatus and implementing the two-level local government model has been carried out synchronously and closely, ensuring compliance with requirements, contributing to maintaining stability and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system...

Comrade Nguyen Minh Hieu gave a speech directing the Conference

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hieu acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts, solidarity and unanimity of the Standing Committee of the Khoen On Commune Party Committee and the contributions of each member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to the results of the leadership work in implementing the political tasks of the Party Committee. He requested the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee and each member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to fully absorb the opinions and develop a plan to overcome the limitations and shortcomings that have been pointed out, in which it is necessary to pay attention to proposing specific and effective solutions for implementation.

In the working program, the Party Committee Standing Committee conducted a collective review of the Party Committee Standing Committee in 2025, reviewed individual members of the Party Committee Standing Committee, and voted to propose, evaluate, and classify members of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairmen of the Commune People's Committee (not members of the Party Committee Standing Committee); evaluated and classified the Party Committee Standing Committee, individual leaders under the management of the Party Committee Standing Committee; gave opinions on the draft Report on the results of leadership and direction of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Party Committee Standing Committee in November 2025; Summary report on inspection, supervision and Party discipline work in 2025, directions and tasks for 2026.
