Training on implementing cultural goals at the grassroots level

On the morning of December 3, the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ngai province to organize a training course on implementing cultural goals in the National target program on new rural construction.

The training course was attended by nearly 180 trainees who are experts from the Department of Culture and Society in charge of grassroots cultural institutions and many village chiefs from 44 communes in the Eastern Quang Ngai region.

During 2 days, from December 3-4, trainees were equipped with skills to organize mass cultural activities. Festival decoration, visual propaganda and application of information technology in organizing activities at cultural and sports institutions of communes and villages. The training course also introduced to trainees some typical models of promoting cultural identity and fine traditions of each region, area and ethnic group.

This is an opportunity for grassroots cultural staff to improve their knowledge, update management methods and learn new skills in organizing cultural activities in accordance with practical requirements.
