The report of the Provincial People's Committee in April 2025 showed that the zoning plan (1/2000) of Nam Hoi An Resort was approved with an area of 1,017.5 hectares (985 hectares of project, 32.2 hectares of connecting infrastructure). The implementation of the plan has achieved many results.
The work of announcing and marking the planning has been completed; the detailed planning 1/500 has been implemented on 161ha (16.3%); site clearance has reached over 500.4ha (50.8%). Phase 1 (125ha) has completed items such as the main boulevard, commercial area, casino, hotel, Hoiana Shores golf course and technical infrastructure, reaching 12.6% of the total project.
