On January 20, at the Sales Gallery Hall, Thu Duc City, THADICO held a Conference to deploy the investment - construction & management plan for 2025, to set out strategies, goals, operational plans and management orientations for 2025.
The conference was attended by Mr. Tran Ba Duong - Chairman of THACO Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Hung Minh - Permanent Vice Chairman of THACO Board of Directors, Mr. Pham Van Tai - General Director of THACO, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tue - General Director of THADICO, leaders of THACO Management Departments, THADICO Leaders and Employees.
The year 2025 is considered an important milestone, marking the completion of the Government's 5-year socio -economic development plan (2021 - 2025). This is also the 3rd year of implementing THADICO's 5-year development strategy (2023 - 2027). Faced with new opportunities and challenges, THADICO continues to focus on improving and upgrading governance, striving to complete the set goals and production and business plans.
At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tue - General Director of THADICO presented on Strategy and System Administration, Operation Plan for the period 2025 - 2027 and THADICO's administration in 2025.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Tran Ba Duong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO emphasized: “2025 is the starting year of a new phase of THADICO with many advantages and challenges. To complete the goals, THADICO needs to focus on 5 key tasks, including: promoting research on the Investment - Construction market to find ways to solve legal problems, speed up the progress of key projects; building the THADICO brand through high-quality project products; focusing on design work, focusing on improving project functions in harmony with architecture, meeting long-term use needs; proposing a multi-step management method with progressive, comprehensive and specific thinking; at the same time building a team of human resources with industrial, disciplined, technical, creative, honest, integrity and promoting the spirit of solidarity”.
On this occasion, THADICO rewarded 4 individuals and 5 outstanding collectives in 2024 in Chu Lai; 3 individuals and 1 outstanding collective in 2024 at Ho Chi Minh City Office, thereby encouraging and motivating all employees to strive to complete their tasks well in the new year.
