Give your opinion on the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VneID application

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch directing the provincial departments, branches and sectors; the Provincial Police; Ca Mau Newspaper; Ca Mau Radio and Television Station; and People's Committees of districts and cities to participate in giving opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VneID application.

Ensure that 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers contribute their opinions to the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VneID application.

On May 12, 2025, the Ministry of Public Security issued Official Dispatch No. 1961/BCA-C06 on organizing and guiding 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to participate in collecting opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application. Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested provincial departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of districts and cities to direct 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers under their management authority to contribute opinions on the content of amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application (instructions at: https://bit.ly/tailieugopyhienphap), complete and report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Provincial Police) no later than May 23, 2025. At the same time, propagate and guide relatives, families and people to implement.

In case you do not have an electronic identification account, please contact the department receiving documents for issuing ID cards and electronic identification at the Provincial Administrative Procedure Resolution Center, the Reception and Result Delivery Department of Ca Mau City and the receiving points of the Commune-level Police (assigned to issue ID cards and electronic identification) in the province to receive documents, install the VNeID electronic identification application and make comments on the content of amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application.

Ca Mau Radio and Television Station and Ca Mau Newspaper shall increase writing news and articles, and devote adequate time at the appropriate time (in May 2025) to inform, propagate, and widely disseminate the amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution through the VNeID application so that people in the province can grasp, respond, and participate.

The provincial police have stepped up the issuance of level 2 electronic identification accounts to eligible citizens in the province. They have continued to direct teams to collect mobile electronic identification accounts for the elderly, the sick, etc. in the province to create conditions for people to give their opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application.
