(NADS) - On the afternoon of January 19, the delegation of Nghe An provincial leaders and the Nghe An Association in Hanoi visited the 108 Central Military Hospital to visit and wish Happy New Year to Hero of the People's Armed Forces - Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Thuoc.
The leaders of Nghe An province include comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
The Nghe An Association in Hanoi includes comrades: Le Doan Hop, Chairman of the Nghe An Association in Hanoi; Hoang Xuan Luong, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Association; Lieutenant General, writer Nguyen Manh Dau, Vice Chairman of the Association.
In a joyful and emotional atmosphere, preparing to welcome the New Year of the Snake 2025, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung, Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the provincial leaders, wished a happy new year and presented a banner of the province on the occasion of the Lieutenant General's 100th birthday. The Lieutenant General further affirmed that as long as he is healthy, he will continue to contribute to the activities of Nghe An people far from home... to be worthy of being one of the first members to join the Nghe An Association in Hanoi (at that time, Mr. Vo Thuc Dong was the Chairman of the Association).
Previously, on the morning of January 19, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province and Nghe An Association in Hanoi held an annual meeting to welcome the Lunar New Year of At Ty in Hanoi.
