Looking back over the past five years, Nghi Duc commune has focused on mobilizing and effectively utilizing resources to invest in the comprehensive development of socio -economic infrastructure. The total capital allocated to projects under the commune's management reached over 13.9 billion VND, of which 84% came from the budget, and the remainder from contributions from the people.

Thanks to this, the commune now has more inter-village and internal field roads that have been concreted, creating a convenient transportation network and contributing to promoting production and trade in the area. Not only transportation infrastructure, but also irrigation systems, schools, and cultural institutions have been invested in comprehensively, meeting the needs of holistic development. Now, each village in the commune has undergone many changes, with cleaner roads and more modern schools.

The Nghi Duc commune police launched an offensive to crack down on crime and ensure security and order – a crucial criterion for completing the New Rural Development program.

According to the People's Committee of Nghi Duc commune, agriculture is the economic pillar of the locality. With a focus on increasing added value and sustainable development, concentrated production areas have been formed, creating conditions for farmers to apply new techniques and develop high-quality commodity products.

Long-term industrial crops continue to be a strength of the commune; among them, durian has become a crop that brings high and stable income to many households. The "Duc Phu Durian" product has been certified with a 3-star OCOP rating, becoming a source of pride and a representative brand in the area.

Transportation services and agricultural supply chains are operating efficiently, contributing to the promotion of the local economy.

Along with economic development, the cultural and spiritual life of the people has made significant progress. The movement for national unity in building a cultured way of life has spread widely.

Every year, over 95% of households in the commune achieve the title of "Culturally Advanced Household"; all 12 villages maintain the title of "Culturally Advanced Village". Cultural and sports activities are regularly maintained, contributing to a joyful and cohesive atmosphere within the community.

The Nghi Duc Commune Police organized a legal awareness program and awarded scholarships to students of Ta Pua Primary and Secondary School in Nghi Duc Commune.

Improve infrastructure in a modern direction.

In addition, healthcare services for the people continue to be maintained. The rate of people participating in health insurance reached 99.12%. The commune health station has been invested in with equipment to ensure it meets the needs of primary healthcare, and 100% of children in the area have received full immunization.

Programs for ethnic minority communities, especially in Hamlet 5, have been implemented effectively, helping to improve the lives, production, and transportation of the K'Ho people.

Simultaneously, social welfare work has been fully and promptly implemented by the commune, thereby strengthening the people's trust in the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws.

The commune has identified the development of high-tech agriculture, ecological agriculture, and circular agriculture as important directions; at the same time, it aims to expand key products, improve the quality of OCOP products, and develop biosafety-compliant livestock farming.
