"Customer Appreciation Month" 2024 at Hoang Hoa Electricity

Following the directives of the Director of Thanh Hoa Power Company, with the message "Accompanying customers in using electricity safely, economically and efficiently," in December 2024, Hoang Hoa Power Company implemented many specific actions to show gratitude to its customers.

Visiting and giving gifts to express gratitude to customers with high electricity consumption in the area.

Accordingly, the unit has focused on ensuring a safe and stable electricity supply and improving customer service quality. Visiting and presenting gifts to express gratitude to high-volume customers with electricity consumption exceeding 1 million kWh/year, such as Aleron Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd., Winner Vietnam Footwear Materials Co., Ltd., and TCE JEANS Co., Ltd., these customers have actively participated in coordinating the annual non-commercial load adjustment and have shown interest in cooperating in the load shifting program during peak hot months in 2024.

Hoang Hoa Power Company, in coordination with Thanh Hoa Power Company, visited, presented gifts, and expressed gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.

Also during the customer appreciation month, the Power Company, in coordination with Thanh Hoa Power Company, implemented the "Remembering the Source of Water" program, visiting, giving gifts, and paying tribute to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Hoang Thi Viet in Hoang Dong commune, Hoang Hoa district, whom the company has committed to supporting for life. They also implemented social welfare programs, giving gifts to disadvantaged families in the villages of Hoang Chau, Quan Noi 3 communes, and Long Anh ward (Thanh Hoa City) in areas newly connected to the power grid and the project to replace meters with electronic ones to eliminate rural electricity services. In coordination with the school board and the Trade Union of Luong Dac Bang High School (Hoang Hoa), they presented gifts to 20 disadvantaged students who have strived to excel in their studies and personal development.

Gifts were given to underprivileged students who overcame difficulties and achieved high academic results.

Customer appreciation includes not only sending thank-you letters, giving gifts, or offering free electricity services, but also listening to feedback and promptly addressing customer concerns and questions in order to gradually improve business quality and customer service.
