Establishment of Thien Muc Tool Company Union

Thien Muc Tools Company Limited (An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Phong City) has just started operating since May and currently has nearly 100 employees.

Representatives of the City Labor Federation presented the Decision to establish the Trade Union of Thien Muc Tools Company Limited.

On the afternoon of September 12, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation held a ceremony to announce the decisions to admit union members and establish the grassroots union of Thien Muc Tools Company Limited (An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park, Viet Hoa Ward).

Thien Mu Tools Co., Ltd. has 100% Chinese capital investment, with the main production and business lines being mechanical processing (iron, aluminum, copper connectors) and manufacturing other metal products, manufacturing measuring, testing, orientation, control equipment and manufacturing plastic products...

Leaders of the City Labor Federation presented flowers to congratulate the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee.

The company has been officially operating stably since May 2025, currently has 97 employees, of which 93 are Vietnamese (an increase of 16 people compared to the time of promoting union development).

With the guidance and support from the Industrial Park Trade Union Committee, in August 2025, the Company Trade Union Promotion Committee was established to promote and mobilize workers to join the trade union organization.

Representatives of the City Labor Federation discussed and listened to businesses share about the employment situation and orders in the last months of 2025.

Through propaganda and mobilization in each department and production workshop, workers better understand the rights and obligations of union members, as well as the role of the union in the enterprise. As a result, 77/77 people at the time of propaganda applied to join the union (reaching a rate of 100%).

At the announcement ceremony, representatives of the City Labor Federation discussed and listened to businesses share about the employment situation and orders in the last months of 2025. Guided the company's union to develop a work program, internal rules and regulations; collected opinions from employees to develop the content of the collective labor agreement and mobilize more union members.
