TPO - The People's Committee of Cau Giay District has just issued a decision allowing the establishment of the Gifted Junior High School of Hanoi Pedagogical University, under the direct management of Hanoi Pedagogical University.
Accordingly, the new school is named the Hanoi University of Education's Gifted Middle School (HNUE Elite Middle School; abbreviated as HEMS), under the Hanoi University of Education.
The High School for the Gifted affiliated with Hanoi University of Education is located at 136 Xuan Thuy Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward (Cau Giay District, Hanoi).

According to the decision of the People's Committee of Cau Giay District, the High School for the Gifted affiliated with the University of Education is a public educational and training institution within the national education system and the system of secondary schools in Cau Giay District; it has legal personality, is entitled to use its own seal, and can open an account at the State Treasury in accordance with the law.
The Gifted Junior High School of the University of Education is organized and operates in compliance with the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for junior high schools and teacher training practice schools.
The school is under the direct and comprehensive management of Hanoi Pedagogical University, receives professional guidance from the Education and Training Department of Cau Giay District, and is subject to state management in the area by the People's Committee of Cau Giay District.
The staffing of the Gifted Junior High School of Hanoi University of Education is determined according to current legal regulations on staffing quotas in public general education institutions, within the total annual staffing allocation of Hanoi University of Education.
