Warning: On the night of December 11th and during the day of December 12th, the northern South China Sea (including the Hoang Sa Special Administrative Region) will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 6, gusting to force 7-8, with waves 2.0-4.0m high and rough seas. Level of natural disaster risk at sea: level 2.

All vessels operating in these areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and high waves.

The specific weather forecast for inland areas from the night of December 10th to the end of December 11th is as follows: Hanoi City: Northeast to east winds at level 2-3, cold at night and in the morning.
