However, to implement effectively and sustainably, it requires synchronous coordination between management agencies, businesses and the community to promote content creation while protecting intellectual property and copyright in a transparent manner.
Realizing the importance of combining strengths from highly specialized units with strong implementation capacity, state management agencies in the field of culture, sports and tourism have promoted strategic cooperation with technology and media enterprises and many prestigious domestic and foreign units and organizations.
This comprehensive coordination demonstrates the strong commitment of the management sector, businesses and all partners in building a healthy and sustainable digital environment.

At the same time, promote the development of diverse fields of the digital age such as digital culture, digital training, e- sports and creative industries. This is also a key step to realize the goal of spreading the beauty of Vietnam through the power of digital media.
According to Director of the Copyright Office Tran Hoang, the signing between agencies, units and enterprises in the field of culture, sports and tourism will help create an ecosystem to promote the development of creative elements and the field of copyright protection.
“Protecting copyright, authorship, and related rights is one of the core factors for developing the cultural industry. In the process of combining production and business, copyright always plays an important role. The copyright sector is making many important contributions to promoting socio- economic development,” Mr. Tran Hoang emphasized.
Mr. Tran Hoang continued to say that this signing ceremony had the participation of many strong technology enterprises.

With the technological strength of some businesses, promoting creativity and protecting copyright will be more effective, especially in the digital environment. From there, helping creators and manufacturers to protect their intellectual products more effectively and promote creativity.
At the ceremony, witnessed by Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong and delegates, 18 agreements were signed between agencies, units and enterprises, focusing on 3 areas: Developing content to promote culture, sports and tourism on digital platforms (VTC Corporation presided over); Copyright and related rights (Copyright Department presided over); Cinema (Cinema Department presided over).
Based on the signed agreement, the cooperation chain sets out common strategic goals to develop Vietnam's digital culture in a sustainable and transparent manner, through key tasks in the 2025-2027 period.

Promoting Vietnamese culture and tourism on digital platforms will include building a multi-language, multi-platform communication channel system, promoting to potential markets; enhancing the presence and spillover effect of Vietnamese tourism domestically and internationally, realizing the Vietnam Tourism Marketing Strategy to 2030.
Regarding support for strengthening copyright management and enforcement using digital technology, increasing the application of advanced technologies (AI, blockchain, encryption, etc.) in developing policies and solutions to support management agencies in monitoring and detecting copyright violations, thereby establishing a transparent and effective rights management system in the digital space.
Promote and advertise electronic sports (Esports): Apply digital media technology to widely promote Esports and coordinate participation/organization of major events (such as Audition becoming an official competition at SEA Games 33), develop Esports into a large-scale industry and enhance the position of Vietnamese esports in the international arena.

Promoting the creativity of artists and people through copyright protection
Promote sustainable and professional creativity: Provide technical platforms and priority distribution infrastructure to support authors in producing and promoting products; enhance commercialization capabilities and increase income for content creators.
Protect and develop the national cultural industry: Combine the legal protection mechanism of state units with the potential for production, distribution and multi-platform promotion to promote national cultural values; at the same time, build a transparent and healthy business environment to ensure the sustainable development of Vietnamese digital culture.
In addition, the cooperation content includes enhancing in-depth training in certified programs on AI, management, finance, etc. to improve human resource capacity and directly support product and service development in the digital ecosystem.
