Signing of cooperation agreement to implement social work model in hospitals

(CT) - Recently, the Can Tho City Social Work Center and Can Tho City Hematology and Blood Transfusion Hospital signed a cooperation agreement to implement a social work model in the hospital.

Leaders of the two units signed an agreement to implement the social work model in the hospital.

The two sides agreed to sign a cooperation agreement in the following areas: training and coaching on social work; connecting the network of volunteers and social work staff at the hospital; providing advice and consultation for patients in difficult circumstances who are being treated at the hospital; communication and community development as well as other medical professional activities. Based on the signed content, the two units will develop plans to serve patients and their families.

From 2017 to present, the City Social Work Center has signed a cooperation agreement to implement the social work model in hospitals at 7 hospitals in the city.
