At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council gave its opinion on the contents that the Provincial People's Committee will present at the 19th session (the regular mid-year session of 2024); approved the contents reported by the Office of the Provincial People's Council and the National Assembly Delegation (Review of preparations for organizing the 19th session; results of the Provincial People's Council's work in the first six months of 2024, key tasks for the last six months of 2024; summary of opinions and recommendations of voters at the voter consultation session before the 19th session; proposal for the Provincial People's Council's supervision program for 2025); approved the report on the results of preparing the contents to be presented at the session in the assigned areas and the results of the review of draft resolutions to be presented at the session by the Committees of the Provincial People's Council. At the same time, it gave its opinion on the contents assigned by the Party Group of the Provincial People's Council as assigned by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. There are suggestions to amend and supplement the Working Regulations of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, 11th term, 2021-2026.

Concluding the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council basically agreed on the detailed work program for the mid-year regular session of 2024. Regarding the question-and-answer session, he requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant departments and agencies to prepare well for the session, coordinate with the Provincial People's Council Committees in preparing documents to be submitted to the session, ensuring quality and effectiveness; the Office of the Provincial People's Council Delegation to promptly compile the proposed questions from delegates, delegate groups, Provincial People's Council Committees, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, and seek the opinion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to finalize the official content and send the document to the Provincial People's Committee to prepare a report for the question-and-answer session so that it can be sent to the delegates for review as soon as possible.
