Notable are the efforts to fight and defeat the plots and intentions of hostile and reactionary FULRO forces to disrupt security and order; effectively prevent activities that take advantage of religious and ethnic issues to incite division and disunity; effectively prevent the illegal border crossing of ethnic minorities; fight and refute distorted arguments, protect the Party's ideological foundation; maintain political security, social order and safety, contributing to the socio -economic development of each locality in particular and the strategic area of the Central Highlands in general.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Pham The Tung acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of units and local police in ensuring security and order in strategic areas.

The Deputy Minister of Public Security emphasized: In the last 3 months of the year, many important political events of the country took place. Therefore, the professional departments and the Police of the Central Highlands provinces should pay special attention and focus on directing the immediate overcoming of the shortcomings and limitations pointed out at the conference.
