Continue to have solutions to well manage the organization and staffing from the province to the grassroots level.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee requested that the Party organization and personnel department continue to implement flexible solutions to improve the quality of Party branch activities; and effectively manage the organizational structure and staffing from the provincial level to the grassroots.

On the afternoon of January 5th, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department held a conference to summarize the work of Party organization building in 2023 and to implement tasks for 2024.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung attended and delivered a speech.

The meeting was chaired by Vo Hong Hai, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, and the Deputy Heads of the Organization Department: Phan Thi To Hoa, Nguyen Thi Thanh Hong, and Tran Dinh Trung.

In 2023, the Party building and organization sector in Ha Tinh province continued to innovate its methods, working style, and approach, implementing key tasks and completing a large volume of work with increasingly improved quality. The sector actively developed plans and action programs to implement resolutions, regulations, conclusions, and guidelines from the Central Committee; and new directives on organizational structure, staffing, personnel work, party organizations, and party members.

The province implemented pilot programs for model Party branch activities; focusing on developing solutions for Party membership recruitment, especially for recruiting high school students into the Party. In 2023, the entire province established 15 new Party organizations in various types of businesses; and admitted 2,234 outstanding individuals into the Party (655 students, 8 religious followers, and 9 ethnic minorities).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Head of the Party Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee for State Agencies and Enterprises, contributed some ideas on key tasks for 2024.

Strengthening the rotation of cadres to prepare personnel for the next term's congress; focusing on training and updating knowledge for key cadres and cadres being considered for positions at all levels. The year-end review process is implemented by Party organizations in strict accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Central and provincial authorities, ensuring democracy and objectivity.

At the conference, delegates discussed and set forth several key tasks for 2024, including: continuing to advise on the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW, dated October 25, 2021, of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on strengthening Party building and rectification and the political system; advising on the summary of 15 years of implementing Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU, dated August 19, 2009, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on improving the capacity and effectiveness of the grassroots political system; and advising on preparations for the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term...

In his remarks at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung affirmed: Despite the enormous workload, the Party organization and personnel work throughout the province has strived to successfully complete its tasks, making a significant contribution to the successful implementation of political tasks in the province.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that, in the coming period, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department and local authorities and units should carefully study the Central Committee's directives; be flexible and creative in improving the quality of Party branch activities, with a focus on promoting the role of the leader; and accelerate the development of Party organizations and Party members, especially in enterprises and among enterprise leaders.

Advising the Provincial, District, City, and Town Party Committees on comprehensive management of organizational structure and personnel; focusing on reviewing and developing plans for the rotation and transfer of cadres in preparation for the congress; continuing to pay attention to the training and updating of knowledge for the cadre team; maintaining liaison meetings to exchange experiences and effective solutions on Party building and organization; strengthening grassroots engagement; promoting information and propaganda work on Party building and organization; promptly submitting reports evaluating the year-end review of local areas and units...

Concluding the conference, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, Vo Hong Hai, acknowledged the directives of the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Tran The Dung, clarified some of the issues raised by the delegates, and outlined some key tasks for the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department and the organization departments of district, city, and town Party committees and affiliated Party committees in 2024.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung presented the Certificate of Commendation from the Central Organization Department to the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department.
