Attending the event were Lieutenant Colonel Tran Song Anh - Deputy Commander of the Southeast Mobile Police Regiment of Ho Chi Minh City; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Tung - Commander of Battalion 3. According to the report of Battalion 3, from August 18 to September 5, 2025, the unit had nearly 70 officers and soldiers conducting the second field trip of 2025 in Binh Hiep commune.

Giving bicycles to students

During their time in the area, Battalion 3 and the Task Force sent many officers and soldiers to support the local government. Specifically, the unit participated in transporting construction materials, clearing the roads to the houses of 2 policy households; repairing and reinforcing walls and roofs for 2 households in difficult circumstances; supporting 3 kindergartens and preschools to clean the campus, paint and repair the playground, rearrange and redecorate schools and classrooms to prepare for the new school year; giving scholarships to 15 students; organizing the clearing of bushes, cleaning the environment of nearly 10km of roads and residential areas.

Officers and soldiers take souvenir photos with local authorities

In particular, during this field trip, officers and soldiers coordinated with the Party Committee and People's Committee of Binh Hiep commune to visit, encourage and give 50 gifts to policy households, families with revolutionary contributions, and families in difficult circumstances with a value of 25 million VND; and gave 20 bicycles to students in difficult family circumstances with a total value of 65 million VND.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Song Anh - Deputy Commander of the Southeast Mobile Police Regiment of Ho Chi Minh City said that the field trip combined with mass mobilization work is an activity that demonstrates the close relationship between the armed forces and the local government and people. Thereby, contributing to building a solid national defense posture and people's security posture in Tay Ninh province in general and Binh Hiep commune in particular.

"This is not only a political task but also an opportunity for units and localities to enhance mutual understanding, share and support each other in mass mobilization, prevent social evils, build a new cultural life, and strengthen national defense and security from the grassroots level," Senior Lieutenant Colonel Tran Song Anh emphasized.
