The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6 (Ba La - Xuan Mai section) is behind schedule due to problems in site clearance.

The end of 2027 is the deadline for construction according to the approved decision, but currently, the National Highway 6 Renovation and Upgrade Project (Ba La - Xuan Mai section) has only completed about 20% of the volume. According to the investor's representative, problems in site clearance, many underground and above-ground works along the route have not been relocated... are the main reasons for the project's "sticky rice" construction, and prolonged delays.
