The end of 2027 is the deadline for construction according to the approved decision, but currently, the National Highway 6 Renovation and Upgrade Project (Ba La - Xuan Mai section) has only completed about 20% of the volume. According to the investor's representative, problems in site clearance, many underground and above-ground works along the route have not been relocated... are the main reasons for the project's "sticky rice" construction, and prolonged delays.

Bad Debt - Increasing Pressure and Consequences
