Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President , First Vice President of the Central Emulation and Reward Council Vo Thi Anh Xuan attended the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress of An Giang province, period 2025 - 2030.

The 1st An Giang Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2025 - 2030 aims to evaluate the results of organizing and implementing emulation movements, commendation work, and building and replicating advanced models in the past 5 years.

Thereby, drawing lessons and proposing directions and tasks to promote emulation movements and innovate reward work in the coming time; strongly encouraging the entire political system and all people in the province to successfully implement the resolution of the 1st An Giang Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

This emulation congress is an opportunity for the province to commend the achievements of emulation movements and honor typical, advanced collectives and individuals in the sectors, levels and fields of the province over the past 5 years and introduce outstanding delegates to attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.

According to the People's Committee of An Giang province, over the past 5 years, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee have paid attention to, led and directed the effective implementation of emulation and reward work in the province. The emulation movement is associated with the political tasks and socio-economic development goals of the province. The emulation movements have aroused the tradition of patriotism, the spirit of great national unity, the will to be self-reliant, dynamism and creativity, creating a driving force to promote comprehensive development in all fields; contributing to maintaining political stability, ensuring social security, improving people's lives and consolidating a strong political system.

Right from the beginning of the term, the province launched an emulation movement to carry out the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security for the period 2021 - 2025 and launched an emulation movement to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. As a result, the scale of the province's economy has been expanded, promoting the restructuring of economic sectors towards a more sustainable, effective and competitive direction, and the economy has developed stably.

Through emulation movements in the period of 2020 - 2025, the province has 5,124 titles of excellent labor collectives; 531 titles of Provincial Emulation Fighters; 1,159 Emulation Flags of the Provincial People's Committee; 40,643 certificates of merit of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The rate of provincial rewards for individuals directly working is 20,672/29,090 individuals, reaching 71.06%.

At the State level, there are 134 State honorary titles of "Heroic Vietnamese Mother"; 309 Medals of all ranks, 104 Emulation Flags of the Government; 1,809 certificates of merit from the Prime Minister (114 collectives, 1,695 individuals). The rate of State-level rewards for individuals directly working is 1,183/1,919 individuals, reaching 61.64%.
