According to Colonel Hoang Tuyen Phong, Political Commissar of the 6th Artillery Brigade, in the first six months of 2023, Party committees and commanders at all levels thoroughly understood and concretized resolutions, directives, plans, and guidelines from higher levels, proactively developing plans and seriously implementing the established norms and procedures for Party and political work. Party and political work activities throughout the brigade have been comprehensively and synchronously implemented, achieving quality, effectiveness, and practicality, directly creating momentum for the successful completion of all assigned tasks of the unit.

Major General Tran Trung Thiet, Deputy Director of the Organization Department, General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, delivered a directive speech.

The working group made observations and conclusions after the inspection at the 6th Artillery Brigade.

Notably, the Party Committee and command of the 6th Artillery Brigade have effectively led and directed the implementation of resolutions and directives from Party committees at all levels, especially those of the Central Military Commission and the resolutions and programs of the Party Committee of Military Region 9; promoted the "Determined to Win" emulation movement and intensive, high-impact emulation campaigns; and proactively coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to effectively build a safe unit in conjunction with building a safe locality.

Regularly innovating the content and form, improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization and propaganda work; building a complete system of Party and political work documents at all levels; maintaining strict and scientific archiving; and maintaining the system and discipline of Party and political work activities.

Simultaneously, units throughout the 6th Artillery Brigade regularly organize and strictly maintain combat readiness at all levels; combat readiness documents and plans are fully developed; close coordination with other forces is maintained in accordance with Government Decree 03, ensuring stability, order, and social security in the areas where they are stationed; and regulations and guidelines from higher levels regarding the establishment of regular discipline and management are strictly implemented.

Along with acknowledging and commending the outstanding achievements, the members of the inspection team requested that the Party Committee and the command of the 6th Artillery Brigade seriously learn from the shortcomings and deficiencies that have been pointed out; continue to focus on leading, directing, and implementing Party and political work according to the plan, with the main focus being: thoroughly understanding and implementing directives, resolutions, and conclusions of agencies at all levels; maintaining the order and regime of Party activities at all levels; improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection, supervision, security protection, mass mobilization, and policy work; strictly maintaining the combat readiness duty regime at all levels; organizing training for personnel according to the plan; improving the quality of regularization and discipline management; building a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and outstanding," and excellently completing all assigned tasks.
