President of Belarus hosts welcoming ceremony for General Secretary To Lam

On the morning of May 12 local time, at the Independence Palace of Belarus, President Alexander Lukashenko hosted a ceremony to welcome General Secretary To Lam and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation on a state visit to Belarus.
