The Vietnam Fire Prevention and Rescue Association (VFRA) said that from August 14 to 16, in Ho Chi Minh City, an international exhibition on fire prevention and fighting, rescue, and security, safety and protection equipment in 2025 (Secutech VietNam 2025) will take place.
The exhibition is organized by the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department - Ministry of Public Security in coordination with VFRA and related units, taking place at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center, 799 Nguyen Van Linh, Phu My Hung Urban Area, Tan My Ward.
According to the Organizing Committee, for a long time, people have been instructed and accessed to fire prevention, fire fighting, and escape skills through documents, images, and television.
At the Secutech Vietnam 2025 exhibition, people, students and pupils will learn, study and have the opportunity to participate in activities to experience and practice fire prevention, fire fighting and escape skills on modern, specialized vehicles of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force; first aid skills and other rescue skills...
Specifically, the activities that people experience include practicing using portable fire extinguishers to extinguish fires caused by gas leaks; experiencing escapes from high places using a slow-release rope; instructing on first aid techniques for victims such as fixing broken bones, first aid for drowning, bandaging wounds, first aid for burns, etc.
In addition, people participating can also experience rescuing people, moving and escaping in a smoky environment (experience the Fireblast multi-purpose training model); experience the smoke maze.
In addition, there are activities such as experiencing wearing firefighting uniforms, isolation gas masks and taking souvenir photos or taking photos with firefighting and rescue police officers; practicing spreading fire hoses and spraying water into the focus box; experiencing escape by ladder truck; experiencing the model of the Inter-family Fire Safety Team...
