Speaking at the event, Lieutenant General Le Hong Nam - Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police emphasized that although Ho Chi Minh City has implemented many programs, solutions and models to prevent drugs, the "School Tour" and "Uni Tour" models - Drug-free schools are the first time the city has implemented them, through a series of large-scale community-based activities, directly reaching students at high schools and universities in the area.

Lieutenant General Le Hong Nam said that students are easily tempted by negative factors in society, including drugs, especially when drugs are increasingly transforming into many sophisticated forms, easily infiltrating schools.
