Package No. 4 is the main contractor of the consortium of Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company and Indochina Group Joint Stock Company; the subcontractor is Phuong Dong Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. The package implementation route is from km 12+500 to km 19+120 in the old Quang Minh commune, now Bac Quang commune with a total length of 6.6 km; the total package value is 765 billion VND.
The construction units have been laying the cement-reinforced crushed stone layer since September 10, and are expected to complete it and start laying the asphalt concrete by October 15. At the production line, the contractor has mobilized over 20 machinery including rollers, spreaders, material trucks, water trucks and over 25 workers to carry out the task.
This is an important item, determining the quality and progress of the road surface. Therefore, the construction stages are strictly carried out according to technical procedures and standards.
With the spirit of "overcoming the sun and the rain", construction units are highly focused, making efforts to overcome difficulties to speed up the construction progress of project items. Up to now, the construction progress of package No. 4 is leading the entire route, estimated at 67% completion, equivalent to 520 billion VND; other items such as bridges, culverts, underpasses... have been completed over 90%.
The laying of the first lining layer in package 4 marks an important step forward, creating a foundation for the next items of the project. In the coming time, contractors and construction units are actively implementing specific construction plans and methods for each day and each week with each volume of work, meeting technical requirements, contributing to the early operation of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway on schedule.
